Terms of Use

Effective 26 October 2026

By using the ZeWallet Android app, the web app at zewallet.app or this website ("ZeWallet"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use ZeWallet.

1. What ZeWallet is

ZeWallet is a read-only tracker. It shows balances and estimated values for public blockchain addresses you enter. ZeWallet is not a wallet, exchange, broker or custodian. It never holds private keys or seed phrases and cannot send, receive, swap or store crypto assets.

2. Not financial advice

Everything in ZeWallet is for information only. Nothing in the app is investment, financial, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. Crypto assets are volatile and you can lose money. Make your own decisions and consult a licensed professional where needed.

3. Accuracy of data

Balances and prices come from third party providers and public blockchains. They can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and some tokens or networks may not be supported. Profit and loss figures depend on the buy prices you enter. Always check official sources, such as the network's block explorer or your exchange, before acting on any number.

4. Your responsibilities

5. Free and Pro versions

The free version may have limits (such as the number of wallets) and may show ads. ZeWallet Pro, when available, is sold only through Google Play and the App Store. Pricing, billing, renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled by those stores under their own terms. Features may change over time.

6. Availability

We aim to keep ZeWallet running but do not guarantee it will be available, uninterrupted or error free. Third party providers may change or stop their services, which can affect what ZeWallet shows. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time.

7. Intellectual property

The ZeWallet name, logo, design and code belong to ZeWallet. Coin names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are shown for identification only.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

ZeWallet is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZeWallet and its operator are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, ZeWallet, including trading or investment losses, losses from inaccurate or delayed data, or losses caused by third party services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for ZeWallet in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Privacy

How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer protection laws where you live.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The new version applies from the effective date shown on this page. Continuing to use ZeWallet after a change means you accept it.
